Halo Water Proofing is a IN-licensed Exterior Waterproofing company that treats every Silver Lake job like it's the only one on the schedule.
Every Silver Lake technician we send is background-checked and trained on the exact equipment we install — not a subcontractor picked up for the day.
We've worked on foundations from decades-old Silver Lake homes to brand-new builds still settling into their soil, so whatever your basement is dealing with, we've likely seen a version of it nearby.
One phone call gets you a straight answer and a real appointment — not a vague callback promise.
📞 +1-866-476-1348Water problems build slowly before they become emergencies. These are the clues our Silver Lake crews hear about most.
A musty smell usually means moisture is already moving through your Silver Lake basement, even if the floor looks bone dry.
Stair-step cracking in block foundations is one of the most common early signs our Silver Lake crews see.
Efflorescence is a reliable early sign that water is moving through your Silver Lake foundation wall right now.
A pump under constant strain tends to fail during the exact storm that needs it most.
This is one sign we tell Silver Lake customers never to wait on — wall movement tends to progress, not resolve on its own.
Flooring that's cupping near an exterior wall often traces straight back to a basement moisture issue below.
From a 2 a.m. sump pump failure to a planned exterior drainage project, here's what our Silver Lake crews handle most.
When water shows up fast, we move fast — extraction, drying equipment, and a plan to stop it from happening again.

Ask About Crack Repair →A failed sump pump is the top reason for emergency calls across Silver Lake after heavy rain — we install pumps sized to your actual water volume, plus battery backup for power outages.
Book a Pump Check →Some Silver Lake properties need both systems working together — we'll say so honestly instead of selling just one.
Talk Drainage Options →Older Silver Lake homes with vented crawl spaces see the biggest swings in seasonal humidity — encapsulation closes that off for good.

The number you approve is the number you're billed — no change orders once the crew shows up.
Our crew completes the repair, cleans up, and walks you through the warranty on what was installed.

If a covered repair fails, we come back and fix it. That's part of the contract, not just a promise.
If your Silver Lake basement just needs a small crack seal instead of a full system, that's exactly what we'll tell you.
